Studio in the middle of the city - bright, spacious, clean, fully furnished, airconditioned, comes with every household appliance, fully-equipped kitchen and with noise canceling window shutters. Main public transportation hubs within a few minutes' range: Blaha Lujza square is 5 minutes, Astoria square 8 minutes, Deák Ferenc square 12 minutes ON FOOT. All famous tourist attractions of the city are within 15-25 minutes reach by public transportation. Located close (3 minutes walk) to Kazinczy street, one of the most vivid party areas of Budapest. (Ruin pubs and clubs everywhere :)) Monthly expenses in addition to the rent is around 13000HUF (40EUR) during summertime, and 20000HUF (65EUR) in winter during the heating period. (The prices were based on two residents and highly depend on personal demand, of course.) These expenses include: cold and hot water, electricity and heating. (Common cost, television and internet are fix expenses and thus part of the base rent price). Optionally, cleaning service can be requested for 1000HUF(3EUR) per hour. The couch which can be turned into a 1,5 person bed is in the apartment by default, but a 2 person bed is also an option in case it's more preferred.
